Recipe for ‘Berry Blitz’:
You will need:
- 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk,
- 3 tbsp of low fat natural yoghurt,
- 1 tbsp of honey,
- a handful of raspberries (approx 70g),
- a handful of blueberries (approx 100g).
As with my previous post, you just simply blend all of the above ingredients together (I use Blend-Active), until you have the consistency of your liking!
This is a super easy and quick way to be healthy, and tastes super yummy too! Enjoy!
